After two years of debating what to do with our rental property that we originally bought as an investment, my husband and I decided to look into a short-sale. Prior to this we had rented it for several years but soon realized the property was simply a burden, the economy had brought down the value to levels we never imagined, We attempted to keep the property but due to our situation, could no longer do so. We were referred to Kurt by a friend and we went through the initial consultation process and he answered just about every question we had on our minds. From that point we felt very comfortable in moving forward. He and his team (Nicole Furlong, and their assistant Becky) were excellent. They were always in contact with us even when there wasn’t much news, but took the time to always follow up even if just briefly. The process took about as long as they said it would (4 months, which is impressive) and we just closed escrow- and our former property is now the home for a new homeowner!
