We were recommended by a friend to Kurt Wannebo. After our first initial consultation we felt comfortable moving forward with the short sale for our rental property, which was supposed to be our investment property. Instead it became a burden due to our situation and the economy greatly reduced the value of the home. We had tried to do a home loan modification a couple years prior (with another company) and the service and process was a total disappointment. So it was a pleasure working with Kurt and his team (Nicole Furlong and Becky) . They found a buyer within a couple weeks of the listing of the home, and the whole process took 4 months as they estimated. During this time they kept us informed the whole time so we always knew where we were in the process. And their follow up was great. Their expertise in the business really shows and we were impressed. I highly recommend SDREAI if you want expertise and professionalism…qualities that you don’t always get anymore!
