KURT’S COMPANY CAME TO MY RESCUE; Previously, I had listed my SHORTSALE with Battiata and they wasted 1.5yrs on my time with no results. Watching other like houses move grated on my nerves…With so much frustration, I either had to switch or give up…that is where SDREAI saved me. As soon as I contacted Kurt and Tiffany, we started making immediate progress. I say “we” because their personal touch kept me involved, informed, and positive. Admittedly, with such a huge time on the market, they had quite the obstacle to overcome. Bottomline though– THEY DID IT!! SHORT SALE SUCCESS! What an experience! Kurt Wannabe and his staff handled the sale perfectly, professionally and personally. It started with an in-home visit from Kurt, who took all the time I needed to thoroughly go over all the options available to me. He answered each and every question…and I had lots of them. The best part of that original contact was there was NO pressure whatsoever. After checking with my attorney I hired San Diego Real Estate and Investments. Great choice!

My condo sold in less than 30 days from the day my condo was listed on the market. They handled the bank, the escrow, the buyer (also had 2 backup buyers) from beginning to end. All I had to do was pack.

We were referred to Kurt Wannebo’s team from a friend who recently short sold their home. They recommended Nicole Furlong as the Agent so we went with her. Kurt and Nicole and Becky (office staff) work together as a solid team to where you don’t have any worries. Nicole calls you through out the process to fill you in on the progress of the short sale process, Kurt overseas and is aware of all happenings with your home’s short sale process and Becky is in charge of sending you all paper work that needs to be signed. What i appreciated about Becky is that she leaves “x” marks next to every section that you need to sign. The short sale documents can sometimes be lengthy and to make the process quicker, you know exactly where to sign and you feel a peace that they have your back. Whenever i had questions about the documents i could call and ask Nicole and she was available to answer all my questions. I felt like Nicole empathized with our situation and that she fought for us as if it was her own home. I didn’t feel like a transaction, i felt like she truly cared about our situation and she was fighting for us. Our home was sold 10/18/11. I use to coach Realtors and i know there are very good Realtors that are doing short sales, HOWEVER, please please take my advice. There are sooo many details and sooo much specific conversations that need to take place between agent and banks and you need to have someone that knows what the banks are doing right now. Banks are disorganized and they know if they are working with someone who is experienced on Short Sales or if they are working with just another AGENT to where they may give that inexperienced agent the run around. Please take my advice, you need to go with Kurt’s team because they fight for you and they know how to talk to the banks and they know what to expect. I hope this review helps you decide.
